一、增強素質，提高修養(yǎng)，完善自我

為了適應新形勢下工商工作需要，一年來，始終把學習放在重要位置，努力在提高自身綜合素質上下功夫。在政治學習方面，通過學習鄧小平理論及“三個代表”重要思想，尤其是學習“十六”大精神，進一步增強了黨性，提高了自己政治洞察力，牢固樹立了全心全意為人民服務的宗旨和正確的世界觀、人生觀、價值觀;在業(yè)務學習方面，繁忙工作之余，能擠出時間自學，系統(tǒng)地學習社會主義市場經(jīng)濟、領導科學、系列法規(guī)及環(huán)境保護、網(wǎng)絡文化、安全生產(chǎn)等分管科室的業(yè)務知識，學中干，干中學，不斷更新知識結構，拓寬知識層面，提高理論層次，增強自身領導的才能。同時，抽出時間到基層工商所了解布置的工作與實際中存在的問題，找出解決的辦法，為以后工作的順利開展奠定了基礎。

二、立足本職，勤奮努力，做好主角

在領導班子中，一把手唱主角，副職唱配角。但在分管的工作上，副職更要立足本職，恪盡職守，做好分管工作的主角，這才能唱好全局工作的整臺戲。一年來，我在局黨組和局長的領導下，在同志們的大力支持和配合下，真抓實干、克難奮進、開拓創(chuàng)新，充分發(fā)揮決策、指揮、協(xié)調的優(yōu)勢和能力，帶領分管科室的同志們圓滿、全面地完成了各項工作任務。 一是狠抓思想政治工作。要求企業(yè)登記、監(jiān)督管理工作的同志嚴格執(zhí)行上級有關規(guī)定，廉潔執(zhí)法，按規(guī)定收取各種規(guī)費。同時，積極參加縣局創(chuàng)建百佳文明單位活動，響應團縣委的號召，捐學費和學習用具資助璧城街道辦事處牛角灣社區(qū)的柯麗同學就學，通過深化“青年文明號”的創(chuàng)建工作，增強了同志們的服務意識和責任心，促進了同志之間的團結，凝聚了人心，激發(fā)了爭先創(chuàng)優(yōu)的工作熱情。同志們?yōu)橥瓿煽h局的企業(yè)信用數(shù)據(jù)錄入工作，在保證正常上下班工作秩序的前提下，利用上班、中午、晚上和星期(六)天休息時間，錄入完了__年1月1日以來各類企業(yè)的設立、變更、注銷、吊銷登記信息，計3660戶。從而保證了縣局信用錄入工作的順利完成，得到了市局信用辦的肯定。

二是狠抓業(yè)務素質。今年，我以市局的企業(yè)登記審查員、核準員的資格考試為契機，組織全局58名同志參加資格考試，采取集中培訓與脫產(chǎn)自學相結合的方式，系統(tǒng)的學習了《公司法》、《企業(yè)法人登記管理暫行條例》、《合伙企業(yè)法》、《個人獨資企業(yè)法》、《城鄉(xiāng)個體工商戶暫行條例》和《行政許可法》，以及市局制定的《_市企業(yè)注冊登記工作規(guī)范》、《_市個體工商戶注冊登記工作規(guī)范》、《_市企業(yè)名稱核準規(guī)則》等法律法規(guī)，從而使我們的登記人員更加全面的掌握登記業(yè)務知識，明確登記的工作制度，增強了法制意識。也順利的通過了市局的資格考試，參考的58名同志有17名取得企業(yè)登記核準員資格，有41名取得企業(yè)登記審查員資格。根據(jù)我局企業(yè)登記的實際情況，于__年8月1日聘任2名同志為核準員、聘任9名同志為審查員。一年來，新辦理企業(yè)登記229戶;新辦理個體工商戶763戶。

一、政治思想方面：
