職責(zé)描述:
an e_perienced puq engineer is responsible for the strategic purchasing quality activities throughout the whole purchasing process， including
- selection and evaluation of power tool suppliers with an active role in sourcing decision and new suppliers’ introduction
-identify and implement the supplier quality improvement projects， lead on supplier quality development
- conduct process audit and process confirmation at supplier site， identify risk/weak areas and drive for continuous improvement with timely follow-up and corrective actions’ closure
-supplier monitoring and reporting with effective escalation management
- quality complaints management with 8d approach
- csr assessments at suppliers， follow up and close corrective actions
任職要求:
-bachelor degree or above in mechanical/electrics/ industrial engineering
-minimum 5 years work e_periences in quality， manufacturing related areas
-supplier quality work e_perience in electronic parts， familiar with cells business is preferred
-advanced problem-solving capabilities with initiatives
-consistent in keeping standard， and able to handle conflicts
-good team work spirit， communication， cooperation and coordination skills
-e_cellent english， able to communicate in fluent english
-willing to travel frequently
