1、協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理進行企業(yè)管理(建章建制,工作流程制定,績效考核),生產(chǎn)調(diào)度管理,計量管理,合同管理等工作
2、負責生產(chǎn)調(diào)度指令和各種輸供氣方案的正確執(zhí)行;

6、完善統(tǒng)計工作制度,管理本部門的統(tǒng)計報表和統(tǒng)計資料;
7、及時協(xié)調(diào)或上報各部門,單位存在的問題,并提出具體措施或建議;
8、參與施工圖設計交底工作,積極協(xié)調(diào)處理施工過程中的設計變更;
9、參與工程的前期,中期質(zhì)量安全檢查,后期竣工驗收以及重要設備的安裝,調(diào)試,驗收工作.
10、組織日常生產(chǎn)調(diào)度工作,協(xié)調(diào)和解決生產(chǎn)中存在的問題;
11、做好統(tǒng)計數(shù)字保密工作;
12、完成領導交辦的其它工作.

職責描述:
1、負責項目群管理方法研究與落地,負責項目群的運營工作,掌握信息化項目的整體規(guī)劃、進度及相應藍圖;
2、負責信息化運營的評估、發(fā)展和優(yōu)化;
3、負責參與重點項目工作計劃的制定,進行項目跟進和指導;
4、負責對重大運營項目進行分析并提供建議,開展各項專題調(diào)研與研究;
5、負責制定公司信息架構, 提出系統(tǒng)關鍵需求,協(xié)助制定信息化建設方案;并在配合開發(fā)過程的過程中,根據(jù)需要及時提出需求變更和調(diào)整要求。

2、三年或以上管理相關工作經(jīng)驗,有成功的部門管理或大型企業(yè)信息化治理經(jīng)驗
3、熟練使用office工具,較好的文字處理能力。
4、了解信息化項目管理、信息化審計、信息化考核相關知識,具有pmp、cisa、itil等證書者優(yōu)先。
5、作風務實,有較強創(chuàng)新意識,良好的溝通能力和工作責任心。

- to develop and implement strategy and procedure for reporting, control and communications including status reports, templates, standards and documentation etc.

- at least 5 years solid track records and construction management e_perience in running projects,
- e_perience in delivering high quality projects in distant markets using in-house or third party providers is an added value.
- good command of construction practices and techniques; title iii of ada, contract laws, project controls, fidic, and building support systems.
- proven development planning and e_ecution e_perience, and able to adapt these skills in a fast paced environment requiring close interaction with clients and colleagues
- e_cellent communication skills, both written and spoken english.
- e_cellent negotiation and presentation skills.
