? e_ceed team and individual kpis as set by the sales head mco

? develop and manage a distributors network & drill down east china mco oems’ needs; develop& deliver shell cvps to deliver shell cvps to final users in an efficient, cost effective, consistent and sustainable way.

? ensure that all distributors in territory are aligned to shell channel strategy and deliver a mutually agreed sales business plan. leverage shell dvp to increase distributors’ profitability and mind share to shell. ensure that all customers are aligned to shell business strategy and deliver a mutually agreed kap

崗位職責(zé)】

① 協(xié)助總經(jīng)理組建銷售團(tuán)隊(duì);

② 達(dá)成公司整體銷售、營運(yùn)目標(biāo),保證資金正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),落實(shí)廠家直銷及特約店對銷售展廳、銷售業(yè)務(wù)的管理;

③ 執(zhí)行公司各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)、培訓(xùn)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程;

【崗位要求】

① 28周歲--40周歲,大專以上學(xué)歷,經(jīng)濟(jì)、管理、市場營銷或汽車相關(guān)專業(yè);

② 2年以上4s店汽車或摩托車銷售管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)(必備條件);

③ 良好的汽車產(chǎn)品知識及辦公軟件使用經(jīng)驗(yàn) ;

職位描述:

崗位職責(zé):

一、客戶開發(fā):在銷售區(qū)域內(nèi),針對篩選出的目標(biāo)客戶群策劃和開展客戶開發(fā)活動(dòng);

二、銷售活動(dòng):開展銷售討論:建立與客戶的直接聯(lián)系,分析客戶需求,產(chǎn)品介紹,開展系統(tǒng)性車輛展示,并積極地使客戶參與到活動(dòng)中去;

1.熟練使用辦公軟件的運(yùn)用,有摩托駕駛執(zhí)照并且熟練駕駛車輛;

2.了解摩托車基礎(chǔ)知識,熟悉產(chǎn)品相關(guān)知識;

3.具有良好的的銷售與談判能力、溝通表達(dá)能力、以及較強(qiáng)的計(jì)劃執(zhí)行能力;

4.有汽車銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮;
