4、在小家電企業(yè)有采購或供應商管理經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先

崗位職責:

1、負責配套零部件市場企劃與產(chǎn)品推廣,進行營銷整體分析與規(guī)劃,及時跟蹤客戶信息,確保完成銷售指標。

2、協(xié)助事業(yè)部負責人對配套零部件營銷團隊進行營銷組織、營銷支持、營銷監(jiān)督、營銷控制,確保營銷規(guī)劃到位、營銷方向到位,營銷動作到位、營銷目標到位。

3、負責核心客戶的開發(fā)和日常維護。

4、通過市場調(diào)查以及網(wǎng)絡搜集客戶信息,進行客戶定向開發(fā)。

5、收集競品市場情報、相關行業(yè)政策與動向、區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃與布局等信息,整理并共享。崗位要求

periodically attends customer meetings at purchasing and engineering departments promoting relationships at middle management level

assists automotive key account managers in the final negotiations with customers

attends internal project review meetings representing automotive sales

represents the first escalation point for automotive customers in china

provides the general management with requested reporting

qualifications:

? bachelor degree in engineering preferred in direction mechanical or mechatronics ;

? 10 years above automotive tier1 sales working e_perience

? 3 years e_periences in sales people management role;

? ability to plan and schedule for multiple comple_ tasks simultaneously;

? know very well automotive project concept for series products ;

? strong communication and coordination skill within different cultures and changes;

? as a good team player be able to motivate employee ;

? working effectively and accurately under narrow time limitation;

? e_cellent english speaking, listening, writing skill.

1.1潛在業(yè)務初步篩選;

1.2新項目的開拓業(yè)務;內(nèi)容是:潛在業(yè)務提案,業(yè)務報價,競爭對手及用戶信息收集分析,商務談判,爭取定點;

2、項目進程中的價格跟蹤,商務談判及斷點管理控制;
