大家好!
有一個(gè)故事，說的是一頭驢，背著兩捆草，餓了，到底放下哪一捆來吃呢?一直猶豫不決，結(jié)果餓死了。這個(gè)故事有些夸張，但人生很多路口，大家都會(huì)在路口上徘徊。做選擇是很難很痛苦的，這邊有誘惑，那邊也有誘惑。到底選擇哪個(gè)?我的同學(xué)都出國了，我是不是也應(yīng)該去新東方學(xué)習(xí)準(zhǔn)備考托福?我的發(fā)小考公務(wù)員了，我是不是也要買書復(fù)習(xí)了?電視上說有個(gè)人小學(xué)沒畢業(yè)做電商就發(fā)財(cái)了，我是不是也要到淘寶上開個(gè)店鋪?
你今天聽到東邊熱鬧往東跑，明天聽到西邊熱鬧，就掉頭往西邊跑。很多年下來，你就會(huì)變成一個(gè)沒頭蒼蠅，東一榔頭西一棒槌，疲于奔命，沒有積累。我認(rèn)為，如果你覺得自己還年輕，那一定要花點(diǎn)時(shí)間想一想，不說長(zhǎng)了，就是未來的十到十五年時(shí)間，你到底要想成為怎樣的人?未來十到十五年，你到底最想獲得什么?這是最重要的。這個(gè)東西，你可以說是夢(mèng)想，也可以說是價(jià)值觀。
為什么?因?yàn)槟阋坏┫肭宄耍院竽銦o論做什么判斷，做什么選擇，那就簡(jiǎn)單多了。有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)我夢(mèng)想的，我就干。沒幫助，我就放棄。把夢(mèng)想錨定，短期內(nèi)不管你遇到什么誘惑，遭遇什么困難，都不會(huì)左右你判斷和選擇。
在這點(diǎn)上，我很幸運(yùn)，在困難面前我很少搖擺，經(jīng)常是一拍腦袋就做決定了。因?yàn)槲疑细咧械臅r(shí)候，就想清楚了我這輩子要干什么。我不想要進(jìn)到一個(gè)仰人鼻息的單位去，我就夢(mèng)想著要開個(gè)自己的電腦公司編軟件，自己安排生活和命運(yùn)，而且做好了，很多人都用，這樣很有成就感。
一旦有了這個(gè)想法，所有的選擇都變得非常簡(jiǎn)單。比如我上高中的時(shí)候在全國物理競(jìng)賽上獲過獎(jiǎng)，很多大學(xué)都愿意錄取我，各種專業(yè)五花八門。其中一所比較著名的大學(xué)，想錄取我上食品工程專業(yè)。我父母聽說以后十分高興，他們經(jīng)歷過吃不飽飯的年代，覺得上了這個(gè)專業(yè)，以后就不愁吃飯了。但我堅(jiān)決不同意，因?yàn)槲覍?duì)食品不感興趣，我就是想編軟件。當(dāng)時(shí)西安交大也來錄取我，我當(dāng)時(shí)也不知道西安交大是干什么的，以為是修鐵路的大學(xué)。但西安交大讓我上計(jì)算機(jī)系，那我就去了，因?yàn)榉衔业哪繕?biāo)。相反，我很多同學(xué)根據(jù)當(dāng)時(shí)熱門不熱門來選專業(yè)，很多人選了國際貿(mào)易。這種選擇看起來很聰明，但現(xiàn)在看來，這未必是他們真正想要的，也未必是自己能夠施展才華的地方。
你如果說，我的目標(biāo)很簡(jiǎn)單，就是年薪50萬。對(duì)這樣的目標(biāo)，我的建議是，目標(biāo)不能太物質(zhì)化。太短期、太物質(zhì)化的目標(biāo)不能內(nèi)化成你的夢(mèng)想。像年薪50萬、100萬這樣的目標(biāo)，你可能很快就實(shí)現(xiàn)了，然后就失去了夢(mèng)想，沒了目標(biāo)，跟有些拿到巨額拆遷款的人一樣，沉溺于賭博，把自己的未來都?xì)Я?或者有的物質(zhì)化目標(biāo)很難實(shí)現(xiàn)，比如你想成為中國首富，可能你很快就放棄了。我認(rèn)為，只有這種非利益化的夢(mèng)想和目標(biāo)，才能長(zhǎng)期激勵(lì)一個(gè)人不斷地去追求。
我大學(xué)畢業(yè)時(shí)，也面臨著選擇。到底是去南方的某家銀行工作，拿一月3000元的高薪，還是去北京的一家大型電腦公司，拿一月800元的工資?我沒什么猶豫就選擇了后者，因?yàn)橹挥械诫娔X公司，才能學(xué)習(xí)怎么做軟件，才有機(jī)會(huì)實(shí)現(xiàn)我的夢(mèng)想。
后來我離開這家電腦公司到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)里去創(chuàng)業(yè)，有很多人說：“你太有勇氣了，放棄了高薪和職位。”但是我覺得這不需要什么勇氣。它已經(jīng)不適合我了，沒法幫助我實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的夢(mèng)想。這些別人認(rèn)為很珍貴的東西，對(duì)我來說是nothing。所以，你的夢(mèng)想和目標(biāo)不跟物質(zhì)掛鉤，物質(zhì)就不會(huì)成為你選擇時(shí)的掣肘。
對(duì)于高中生來說，誘惑可能是某個(gè)看起來前景良好的專業(yè)。對(duì)于大學(xué)生來說，誘惑可能是一份待遇豐厚、人人艷羨的工作。但是隨著你越走越遠(yuǎn)，物質(zhì)的誘惑越來越大，你就更需要夢(mèng)想這個(gè)堅(jiān)定的羅盤來指引。
當(dāng)年我要離開雅虎，因?yàn)樵诶锩娌荒軇?chuàng)新，很多好想法實(shí)現(xiàn)不了，這種氛圍讓我窒息，讓我忍無可忍。雅虎說，要提前辭職，會(huì)扣我3000萬美金。即使放到現(xiàn)在，這也是一筆不小的數(shù)目。很多人替我惋惜，說你再混個(gè)一年半載的。我不想混，也最痛恨混。對(duì)我來說，自由是最重要的，干自己想干的事兒是最重要的。于是，我再一次的創(chuàng)業(yè)。于是，有了360。
可以說，到今天我的夢(mèng)想從來都沒有變過，只是我所在的行業(yè)從計(jì)算機(jī)發(fā)展到了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，發(fā)展到了手機(jī)領(lǐng)域。我的目標(biāo)很簡(jiǎn)單，一直都是要做出別人從來沒有想過的產(chǎn)品，我的產(chǎn)品能夠改變千千萬萬人的生活和工作方式。這個(gè)夢(mèng)想，可以說我已經(jīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了，也可以說我還沒有實(shí)現(xiàn)，因?yàn)槲矣X得還有更多好想法可以去做。
90后的年輕人有朝氣，有活力，你們應(yīng)該有更好的夢(mèng)想。希望大家好好思考一下自己的未來。想想2022年、2022年后，大家再聚首的時(shí)候，你希望自己成為什么樣的人，這才是最重要的。

but one hundred years later， the negro still is not free. one hundred years later， the life of the negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. one hundred years later， the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. one hundred years later， the negro is still languished in the corners of american society and finds himself an e_ile in his own land. and so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.
in a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence， they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men， yes， black men as well as white men， would be guaranteed the 'unalienable rights' of 'life， liberty and the pursuit of happiness.' it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note， insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation， america has given the negro people a bad check， a check which has come back marked 'insufficient funds.'

we all want the future to be better than the past. but the future can go better itself. don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. from the past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. we’ve learnt that we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. failure doesn’t mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.
