崗位職責(zé)描述
進(jìn)口操作員的工作日常包括但不限于:
1. 協(xié)助采購部門與海外供應(yīng)商溝通,確保訂單準(zhǔn)確無誤。
2. 準(zhǔn)備和審核各類進(jìn)口文件,如合同、發(fā)票、裝箱單、原產(chǎn)地證明等。
3. 辦理貨物的報(bào)關(guān)、報(bào)檢手續(xù),與海關(guān)、商檢等政府部門保持良好關(guān)系。
4. 跟蹤貨物運(yùn)輸狀態(tài),協(xié)調(diào)解決運(yùn)輸過程中可能出現(xiàn)的問題。
5. 審核并支付相關(guān)費(fèi)用,如關(guān)稅、增值稅、運(yùn)輸費(fèi)等。
6. 參與庫存管理和盤點(diǎn)工作,確保進(jìn)口貨物的準(zhǔn)確入庫。
7. 及時(shí)更新并維護(hù)相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)記錄,以便于追溯和審計(jì)。

4. cet-4 or above, good spoken and written english and chinese.
