5. 強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心和良好的決策能力,能在壓力下保持冷靜。

6. 優(yōu)秀的溝通技巧,能與供應(yīng)商、內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)和監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)建立良好關(guān)系。

7. 精通項(xiàng)目管理和時(shí)間管理,能同時(shí)處理多個(gè)任務(wù)。

崗位職責(zé)描述

食品生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理的主要職責(zé)包括:

1. 制定和實(shí)施生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃,以滿足銷售需求和交貨期限。

2. 監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)線,確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率,減少浪費(fèi)和停機(jī)時(shí)間。

? analyzes and interprets data received on a daily basis and prepares management and financial reports.

? troubleshoots production problems.

? min university graduate in related field or equivalent, preferred in technical / engineering field.

? above 5 years in manufacturing environment, 2 to 3 years e_perience in a management position preferably in plastics industry.

? practical hands-on in machine set-up and adjustment.

? familiar with iso9000 and iso14000, qs is plus.

? is used to work with 5s, tpm continuous tools in european or us company.

? full knowledge of process of plastics manufacturing.

? thorough understanding of health and safety practices.

? e_cellent communication and organizational skills.

? strong leadership skills.

? good communication capabilities in english (verbal, writing, reading).

? cost saving and bugetting.
