1、 參與公司日常工作支持,預(yù)算編制并監(jiān)控各部門實(shí)際業(yè)績與預(yù)算差異等
2、 在每月財(cái)務(wù)結(jié)賬過程中及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確提供各種財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)(如利潤表,資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表,庫存,現(xiàn)金流和營運(yùn)資本等)并進(jìn)行匯總(涉及多賬套和兩個(gè)erp系統(tǒng)的財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的收集與合并),并為月度報(bào)告提供財(cái)務(wù)分析
3、 跟蹤銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)的毛利,費(fèi)用以及各項(xiàng)財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)的完成情況,分析差異并給出原因
4 、季度預(yù)測和年度預(yù)算提供財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的支持和相關(guān)分析
5、保持與各職能部門長期良好溝通,深入了解各職能運(yùn)營流程,提供相關(guān)財(cái)務(wù)意見和支持;
6、開發(fā)分析報(bào)表,根據(jù)分析需求進(jìn)行分析報(bào)表的開發(fā)和系統(tǒng)化;
7、其他相關(guān)工作。
任職資格:
1、30歲以上,本科以上學(xué)歷,會計(jì)、財(cái)務(wù)管理等相關(guān)專業(yè);
2、5年以上會計(jì)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),3年以上企業(yè)內(nèi)部財(cái)務(wù)分析工作經(jīng)歷,且至少1年生產(chǎn)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)分析工作經(jīng)歷,有團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu);
3、中級會計(jì)師職稱,熟悉企業(yè)預(yù)算內(nèi)控管理操作流程,精通國家財(cái)稅法律法規(guī)及財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算等流程;
4、較強(qiáng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析、邏輯思維能力、學(xué)習(xí)能力,具備良好的職業(yè)操守、責(zé)任感、原則性、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作和敬業(yè)精神;
5、良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、表達(dá)與演示能力和抗壓能力,
6、精通使用辦公軟件(尤其是e_cel)和財(cái)務(wù)管理軟件

職責(zé)描述：
background of global lts organization:
as part of the centralized e2e controllership model， global lts (legal / ta_ / statutory) organization is being created. the vision is to create a centrally managed organization that delivers e2e lts services globally by migrating from geographically dispersed lts (legal， ta_， statutory) support model to a centralized and centrally managed model in global and regional hub. the organization will have e2e global process leadership for legal， ta_ and statutory support across the company. as the in-country controllership presence is reduced， the global lts hub provides e2e controllership activities from the global and region hubs.
as senior finance in north asia lts finance team， you will:
provide e2e legal， ta_， statutory support for entity sg80 and tw10.
legal & statutory support:
manage local country singapore (sg80) and taiwan (tw10) statutory audit， statutory account filing and compliance support
prepare annual set of financial statements and applicable notes in accordance with the local singapore and taiwan accounting standards
on-going statutory accounting reviews and booking of adjustments and reclassifications needed to comply with local accounting and ta_ laws;
prepare monthly/quarterly fiscal profit and loss analytical review， including reconciliation of management vs. statutory accounting
ta_ support
perform ta_ accounting inputs: pre-ta_ earnings forecast and ftp
collaborate with ta_ teams and the designated consultants to complete ta_ returns and reconciliation on a monthly and yearly basis;
business support:
e_ecute country balance sheet review process
monitor and manage entity risk with various function teams
provide financial consulting and policy guidance to new business initiatives
collaborate with the treasury team to improve cashflow
work with other finance functions to avoid surprises and clear any anomalies
education and e_perience required:
first level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g.， cpa， mba) preferred.
