第2篇 crm客戶營銷管理崗位職責
崗位職責:
1、負責淘寶內容,淘寶達人,微淘官方賬號內容編輯。
2、撰寫原創(chuàng)性文章,寫作方向以食品類、寵物類文章。
3、內容包括:選產品,選圖片和文案編輯等等
4、隨時配合淘寶的活動做相應的帖子內容;
5、根據(jù)后臺數(shù)據(jù),及時調整內容及選品方向,有一定的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力。
任職要求:
1、大專及以上學歷,新聞、中文、傳播、廣告設計專業(yè)者優(yōu)先。
1、90后應屆畢業(yè)生,淘寶用戶且為淘寶重讀用戶。
2、熱愛時尚,愛逛淘寶,喜歡關注八卦花邊新聞,能夠迅速捕捉時尚熱點。
3、具備較強的文字功底,文筆生動有趣。
4、有文案編輯或美工經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
第3篇 crm客戶管理專員崗位職責
職責描述:
strategic planning on programs to drive growth to meet the target.
seek and development new services/segment;
maintain and strengthen e_isting customer relationships, to provide effective and efficient after-sale service to grow the business either in volume or service lines;
collect and report latest market information and competitor information;
data analyze and report summarize of kpi to crm manager in monthly/quarterly base.
engage and tie up with selling countries on same vision and strategy on pipeline and e_isting clients.
work with marketing team on the marketing strategy of program client.
attend review meeting to perform full review for the processes of client program to identify gap, inconsistency and areas of improvements through systematic or process change.
follow the internal quality system and hse requirement of gc csr.
任職要求:
