職責(zé)描述:
1、在工程經(jīng)理的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，全面負(fù)責(zé)物管工程部的強(qiáng)弱電工程類管理工作;
2、貫徹落實(shí)物業(yè)管理總目標(biāo)，保證強(qiáng)弱電工程管理體系的有效運(yùn)行，對(duì)管理與服務(wù)的質(zhì)量進(jìn)行管控。

職責(zé)描述:
1、 負(fù)責(zé)保障監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、火災(zāi)自動(dòng)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)、樓宇自控系統(tǒng)、門禁可視對(duì)講系統(tǒng)、內(nèi)部的網(wǎng)絡(luò)、電話和有線電視系統(tǒng)、停車管理系統(tǒng)等設(shè)備設(shè)施的正常運(yùn)行。
2、 負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助配合歌華有線、中國(guó)聯(lián)通、中國(guó)電信、中國(guó)移動(dòng)等相關(guān)單位保障有線電視、固定電話和無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)辦公、手機(jī)信號(hào)等系統(tǒng)設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行。
3、 負(fù)責(zé)制定、落實(shí)弱電專業(yè)設(shè)備保養(yǎng)、檢修、更新、改造、添置和代維等工作的計(jì)劃，提交上級(jí)審批后執(zhí)行。
4、 負(fù)責(zé)制定弱電設(shè)備設(shè)施管理維護(hù)的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
5、 負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)本專業(yè)人員進(jìn)行管理、安全教育和專業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)和考評(píng)，使人員業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)的得到不斷提高。
6、 負(fù)責(zé)收集弱電設(shè)備設(shè)施和電梯有關(guān)技術(shù)資料和圖紙，建立、建全設(shè)備管理檔案;整理、保存設(shè)備運(yùn)行記錄、檢修記錄、事故記錄、巡視記錄、值班記錄等。
7、 負(fù)責(zé)各個(gè)管理區(qū)域內(nèi)弱電系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)維護(hù)和管理，按質(zhì)量要求制定管理辦法和運(yùn)行維護(hù)規(guī)范，監(jiān)督、檢查、指導(dǎo)各個(gè)管理區(qū)域內(nèi)運(yùn)行管理班組對(duì)弱電設(shè)備、線路的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)工作。
8、 負(fù)責(zé)本專業(yè)相關(guān)項(xiàng)目的費(fèi)用控制、審核和經(jīng)濟(jì)分析，制定年預(yù)算計(jì)劃。
9、 掌握緊急事件處理程序，遇突發(fā)事件應(yīng)及時(shí)同相關(guān)部門進(jìn)行處理。負(fù)責(zé)組織實(shí)施與本專業(yè)相關(guān)的防火、防盜、防止人身傷亡事故和設(shè)備設(shè)施故障事故的安全防范工作。

任職要求:
1、熟悉電腦、網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理程序，能夠識(shí)圖及系統(tǒng)操作并具有簡(jiǎn)便維修繪圖能力。
2、身體健康，大專(或同等學(xué)歷)以上學(xué)歷，熟悉國(guó)家有關(guān)法律、法規(guī)有關(guān)知識(shí);

任職資格:
1、全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷，暖通、電氣、計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用、控制自動(dòng)化等相關(guān)專業(yè);
2、2年以上機(jī)電工程類模塊專業(yè)技能及機(jī)電工程管理相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
任職要求:
1、負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助工程師工作，并協(xié)助工程師編制“慧云”智能化管理系統(tǒng)各系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行模式，上報(bào)公司審批。
2、負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助工程師監(jiān)視各系統(tǒng)設(shè)備日常運(yùn)行參數(shù)、運(yùn)行方式;
3、現(xiàn)設(shè)備參數(shù)及視頻異常情況或出現(xiàn)問題與報(bào)警的信息，負(fù)責(zé)前往現(xiàn)場(chǎng)、核實(shí)、確認(rèn)，并匯報(bào)查看結(jié)果;
