1.熟悉非標(biāo)制造行業(yè)，并能輕松看懂2d機(jī)械圖紙;
2.熟悉常用機(jī)械加工的工藝路線;
3.熟練使用atuocad2d制圖軟件、常規(guī)工藝編制軟件及一種以上3d制圖軟件;
4.懂得機(jī)械加工的市場行情，有一定的成本和工時(shí)核算經(jīng)驗(yàn);

機(jī)械制造經(jīng)理崗位職責(zé)
職責(zé)描述:
1、 負(fù)責(zé)全周期項(xiàng)目管理，包括立項(xiàng)評審、項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃、項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行，范圍控制、項(xiàng)目資源計(jì)劃和協(xié)調(diào)，項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控等，以確保項(xiàng)目交付項(xiàng)和里程碑驗(yàn)收的按時(shí)完成和達(dá)成;
2、 負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目資源協(xié)調(diào)、任務(wù)分配，工作績效管理;負(fù)責(zé)主持召開項(xiàng)目組會議，向客戶及公司管理層匯報(bào)項(xiàng)目情況;

2、 具有3年以上大中型軟件開發(fā)或交付類項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，5年以上大中型企業(yè)it信息化建設(shè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3、 熟悉軟件開發(fā)過程和原理，具有系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)能力和經(jīng)驗(yàn);
4、 熟悉項(xiàng)目管理、軟件工程、質(zhì)量管理等相關(guān)知識，掌握相關(guān)工具的使用;
5、 具有優(yōu)秀的需求理解、系統(tǒng)分析、設(shè)計(jì)和文檔編寫能力;
