崗位職責:

1、城市服務中心維修實施人員,負責接車預檢并開展實際車輛保養(yǎng)與機電維修;

2、填寫工單及技術報告等文檔;

3、進行索賠提報并提供技術反饋報告;

4、提交案例報告;

5、參加技術培訓并協(xié)助培訓新技師;

6、按照安全作業(yè)規(guī)范實施維修作業(yè);

7、接受外派維修或依據(jù)排班進行現(xiàn)場技術救援。

職位要求:

1、8年以上汽車售后機電維修經(jīng)驗,須機電組長或技術經(jīng)理級別,3年以上新能源汽車維修經(jīng)驗,具備新能源主機廠技術支持經(jīng)驗為佳;

2、具備新能源汽車尤其是三電系統(tǒng)維修經(jīng)驗,能進行高壓電部件獨立維修者優(yōu)先;

3、專科及以上學歷,物流、汽車相關專業(yè);

4、有較強的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力,報告制作能力,熟練使用數(shù)據(jù)分析工具;

5、以客戶為導向,有較強的溝通及團隊合作能力;

6、具備機電維修從業(yè)資格證及低壓電工證者優(yōu)先。

崗位職責:

1.處理客戶產(chǎn)品技術方面的投訴,及時向客戶反饋結(jié)果并定期回訪;

2.為客戶提供現(xiàn)場服務工作,對公司提供的設備故障做判斷、分析、維修和保養(yǎng);

3.指導終端客戶正確使用產(chǎn)品、解決常見問題、介紹相關知識并收集整理客戶的反饋信息;

4.根據(jù)投訴總結(jié)與市場反饋向技術部門提出產(chǎn)品改進意見,協(xié)調(diào)擬定改進方案,促進改善產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量;

5.根據(jù)客戶要求接受特殊訂單,配合做好售后技術支持;

6.結(jié)合產(chǎn)品特性、使用手冊組織實施對客戶技術培訓;

7.發(fā)掘潛在的服務機會,進行維修保養(yǎng)協(xié)議銷售工作,如提供服務介紹、公司產(chǎn)品和發(fā)展的宣傳。
