職責(zé)描述:
1、 負(fù)責(zé)對項目進(jìn)行市場調(diào)研、數(shù)據(jù)收集和可行性分析并起草項目建議書;
2、 負(fù)責(zé)對項目實施評估、測算、分析工作,確定項目的成本、收益和風(fēng)險,出具風(fēng)險評估意見;
3、 為項目準(zhǔn)備推介性文件,對融資渠道所需要相關(guān)資料的補(bǔ)充及合同起草以保證項目的順利進(jìn)行;
4、 參與項目談判,建立并保持與合作伙伴、主管部門和潛在客戶的良好的業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系;
5、 參與項目的直接或間接管理,監(jiān)控和分析項目的經(jīng)營管理,并及時提出業(yè)務(wù)拓展和管理改進(jìn)的建議;
6、建立、完善公司各行業(yè)客戶資信評估模型。
任職要求:
1、 金融、財經(jīng)類相關(guān)專業(yè)統(tǒng)招本科及以上學(xué)歷,持有cpa證書;
2、 具有3到5年以上會計師事務(wù)所、資信評估公司等相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;
3、 良好的溝通及文字表達(dá)能力,和一定的英文資料閱讀能力;
4、 良好的財務(wù)分析、風(fēng)險預(yù)測能力,出色的策劃和執(zhí)行能力,能夠獨立、有效地進(jìn)行項目風(fēng)險評估并設(shè)計相應(yīng)的項目推進(jìn)方案;
5、 能在壓力下有效工作,條理性、流程性強(qiáng),良好的團(tuán)隊合作精神;
6、 較強(qiáng)的保密意識。

job description:
- follow-up commercial project management, it aims to drive finance e_cellence of project business performance
- review the as sold calculation with the project team and establish the project budget
- ensure correct booking of supplier invoices and cost allocations (eg. hours booking) and adherence to accounting principles;
- monitor key performance indicators of projects and provide the monthly/quarterly/yearly estimation and report for order, sales, profit and cash flow;
- take care of invoicing to customer, payment;
- supervise ta_ topics/status and pe avoidance;
- implement internal control procedures, which are consistent with company policies and benefit;
- take responsibility for the commercial part on consolidated project progress report and present on project review meeting
- support on change and claim management (calculations, budget change approvals, etc,);
- support project management proactively in risk identification and mitigation;
- advise management team on the possible financial consequences of all proposed courses of actions;
- provide recommendation during the project bidding, implementation on business activities, such as bidding documents and contracts /agreements;
job requirements:
- bachelor's degree, finance, accounting or related major
- good written and spoken english
- familiar with ta_ regulations and accounting standards in the prc
- familiar with pc operation, especially e_cel knowledge and e_perience of sap
- about 5 years related e_perience in financial internal control, prefer as project controller or financial analysis on project.

- e_cellent analytical skills and a good understanding of internal controls
- strong business acumen and the ability to transfer the needs of the core business function into financial solutions

項目控制工程師崗位職責(zé)
職責(zé)描述&任職要求:
1.項目管理、造價管理相關(guān)專業(yè),本科及以上學(xué)歷,具有工程師及以上職稱,具備一定的英語聽說讀寫能力,有一級建造師、注冊造價工程師、pmp或ipmp資格認(rèn)證者優(yōu)先。
2.5年以上工作經(jīng)驗,其中至少3年礦業(yè)項目管理經(jīng)驗,作為控制經(jīng)理承擔(dān)過至少1個礦業(yè)項目。
3.熟悉項目管理全過程,具備組織并實施項目控制系統(tǒng)的能力。
4.熟練掌握project、p3ec等項目管理軟件。
5.具有較強(qiáng)的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)、組織、判斷、分析能力,有團(tuán)隊協(xié)作精神,執(zhí)行力強(qiáng)。
