第1篇 system designer / 系統(tǒng)設計師 - 總部崗位職責描述崗位要求
職位描述:
general duties/主要職責:
the incumbent will share the system responsibility for the new automated and integrated material handling system projects and agv projects, based on defined customer requirements and optimized operation processes. it includes:
the logistic system concept / layout in accordance with customer requirements and needs;
implementation of the logistic system concept / plant layout in system engineering (offer) and detail engineering work (detailed specification phase);
consistency of the physical and logical layouts; and
definition and feasibility of the assured characteristics, including acceptance (in conjunction with project realization team.)
he/she shall act as a competent advisor in the area of system design, including conceptual and detailed design, also be actively involved in the sales phase by providing technical sales support to the sales manager in selling our solutions to the customers.
tasks in operating cycle/具體工作內容:
take lead in the design of projects
investigate and review customer's requirements.
collect customer project data, if required, and analyse received data.
define design parameter based on the result of data analysis.
develop possible solutions based on defined customer requirements / design parameters.
design and propose suitable sub-systems based on detailed equipment performance calculation.
prepare presentation (powerpoint) and present the proposed solutions to the customer in workshops or meetings.
support purchase department to request for suppliers quotations (rfq) for sub-systems including preparing sub-systems requirement specification, liaise with suppliers, review supplier's quotations, define gaps between supplier's quotations against rfq etc.
analysing the sub-system of the suppliers including the functionalities and the according scope of supply.
prepare technical descriptions of proposed system for tender submission, as well as functional descriptions
prepare powerpoint presentation of the proposed system for tender interview and clarification.
actively support the sales manager technically, during sales and tender clarification phases. he shall take a key role to convince the customer to buy the proposed system.
coordinate the integration and overall design between jungheinrich and other suppliers.
review the design work of junior members and coach team members
responsible regularly training for technical sales in tph
profile of qualification/勝任資質要求:
a) graduation /graduate degree/ major/學歷/專業(yè):
- bachelor or above in mechanical, mechatronics, engineering or equivalent
b) working e_perience (in years)/工作經驗(年限):
- minimum 5 years proven working e_perience in industry system design, including 3+ years working e_perience in automated material handling system
c) professional/專業(yè)能力:

- solid conceptual design knowledge and outstanding data analysis skills
- demonstrated strong competency of creativity and innovation as well as strong business acumen
- e_cellent analysis and problem solving skills, sound judgment, good communication and presentation skills
- strong working knowledge of data analysis and design tools
- proficiency in ms office applications (ppt, e_cel, access, etc)
- proficiency in english (oral & written) and mandarin(oral) is a must

1.負責所屬專業(yè)技術引進的前期洽談、跟蹤,為公司引進技術提供建議,落實公司技術引進計劃;
2.參與新產品開發(fā)的前期調研和可行性論證,并對所屬專業(yè)的研發(fā)提出可行性建議和方案;
3.負責所屬專業(yè)的研發(fā)、設計,并對現有產品或圖樣進行設計改進,對設計輸出的所有圖樣、技術文件進行編輯、審核,確保設計圖樣、文件輸出的完整性和準確性,并監(jiān)督指導京車公司、新造車基地進行生產;
