_根據(jù)公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的要求,協(xié)助經(jīng)理起草本公司綜合性的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理報(bào)告、總結(jié)、計(jì)劃、決議等文件、函件

_組織有關(guān)人員收集有關(guān)物業(yè)管理方面和房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)方面的政策、法規(guī),協(xié)助經(jīng)理并協(xié)同公司各部門(mén)監(jiān)督、檢查和落實(shí)公司有關(guān)規(guī)章制度和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)關(guān)于物業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理決定的執(zhí)行情況

_完成公司固定資產(chǎn)的管理,低值易耗品、辦公用品的購(gòu)置、驗(yàn)收、登記、發(fā)放工作,提高物品的使用率,確保業(yè)務(wù)正常開(kāi)展,并防止公司資產(chǎn)流失

_負(fù)責(zé)起草公司文書(shū)、檔案(包括文書(shū)、技術(shù)、財(cái)務(wù)、人事)管理制度,負(fù)責(zé)公司各類文件簽收、呈送、分發(fā)和檔案保管及借閱,做好記錄,確保無(wú)遺漏

_組織有關(guān)人員做好公文收發(fā)、打印、通訊以及文書(shū)檔案的管理和印章等使用

_協(xié)助經(jīng)理做好辦公室有關(guān)行政接待事務(wù), 做好來(lái)信來(lái)訪接待及重要客人接待工作

_協(xié)助經(jīng)理對(duì)公司總部辦公場(chǎng)所(物業(yè))各項(xiàng)費(fèi)用進(jìn)行審核工作,保證費(fèi)用報(bào)銷的真實(shí)性參與公司房屋裝修、營(yíng)業(yè)場(chǎng)所裝修、監(jiān)控設(shè)計(jì)的審核及招、評(píng)標(biāo)工作,確保裝修、監(jiān)控工作保質(zhì)保量符合要求

_督促勤雜人員做好公司辦公場(chǎng)所的綠化、美化工作、保證辦公場(chǎng)所美觀、有序,組織公司財(cái)產(chǎn)的保衛(wèi)工作,確保公司的財(cái)產(chǎn)安全

職位描述:

key duties and responsibilities:

1. to work closely as a dynamic and energetic team in organizing, delivering and enhancing comprehensive and well-structured career development programs to the sme’s undergraduate students, helping them move onto their ne_t step after graduation;

2.to be closely involved in building up and strengthening specifically assigned market/ industry network with a view to sourcing career / internship opportunities from potential employers locally, regionally and internationally;

8. some evening and weekend hours may be required as assigned according to the working calendar.

qualifications and requirements:

1. a bachelor degree holder with 4+ years’ solid work e_perience gained in sizeable international organizations

2. with prior e_perience in relevant industry is nice to have; directly relevant background in staffing, recruitment and/or training & development will be a big plus;

3. e_ceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to interact with employers and students effectively;

4. have knowledge in career planning and development and have sound coaching skills;

5. resourceful, practical and result-oriented, possesses strong organizational and project management skills and be able to independently manage and complete multiple projects within specified time frame;

6. strong collaboration skill, mature, energetic and proactive; able to work effectively in a team environment especially when under pressure;

7. can-do attitude with strong sense of ownership, eager to contribute and always strive for improvement with creative thinking;

8. an e_cellent command of written and spoken english and chinese.

5. 工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),誠(chéng)實(shí),責(zé)任心強(qiáng);
