main responsibility:
1. implement, track gbs kpis (price evolution, implemented saving, delivery, claim, compliance, etc.) and analyze results to provide business focus and improvement direction for different gbs region office (north china, south china and out of mainland china, apparel) and teams (product development, sourcing and operations)
2. lead annual vendor panel review project to monitor vendors performance and analyze results in collaboration with both gbs and bu teams
4. lead e-auction project to achieve company saving target
5. lead the development and implementation of business performance management tools via it system for the functional teams and e_ternal vendors, automatize the calculation of the kpis
6. to promote the vendor performance tracking tool (score cards) to both functional teams and e_ternal vendors
7. work with gbs directors in creating and refining report and documents for business and operations processes
8. to actively and proactively coach and support functional teams to develop their awareness and understanding on using business data for their daily work and decision-making
9. perform ad hoc analysis as requested by internal customers and give inputs
10. supervise business analyst’s work quality
requirements:
1. university graduate or above in economics/business/finance
2. at least 5 years relevant work e_perience with 2 years in similar capacity
3. management e_perience would be plus
4. sound business understanding and commercial e_perience with strong analytical skills
5. e_cellent command of ms office software including e_cel and database
6. good english and mandarin communication skills, both written and verbal
7. e_perience in working for a trading company environment will be a plus
