職責(zé)描述:
1、根據(jù)公司的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)要求，負(fù)責(zé)熱處理工藝工作，確保產(chǎn)品性能指標(biāo)的按計(jì)劃達(dá)成;
2、根據(jù)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)要求及失效分析，負(fù)責(zé)制定熱處理工藝的優(yōu)化目標(biāo)，對(duì)材料及工藝進(jìn)行優(yōu)化，提升產(chǎn)品市場競爭力;
3、負(fù)責(zé)工藝技術(shù)規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文件的修訂，確保人員能力滿足崗位要求。
任職要求:
1、大專及以上學(xué)歷，材料、熱處理等相關(guān)專業(yè);
2、熱處理工作3年及以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3、熟練運(yùn)用金屬材料熱處理工藝;主導(dǎo)非晶、納米晶、鐵氧體材料熱處理工藝開發(fā)、技術(shù)規(guī)范制定。熟悉熱處理現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)流程及設(shè)備參數(shù)，能夠指導(dǎo)熱處理現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)。

1. develop and improve the process incl. related support processes, define the process specification and estimate the potential quality problem in production line. create process description and test/inspection/verification methods;
2. self-dependent planning and performing of process development, incl. procurement of needed parts, material, fi_ture and equipment; try-out in accordance with station availability;
3. advise and assist the procurement of equipment, fi_ture, devices and tools which meet corporate and customer quality and financial requirements, and monitoring the performance of them on shop floor;
4. assis with the development of process document such as pfema, process flow charts, control plan etc. with manufacturing units as required;
5. plan and implement the training program for relevant personnel;
6. be responsible for the trouble shooting and root cause analysis with support of quality team, maintenance team and technique team;
7. be responsible for new product transfer project, include process flow definition, equipment purchasing and acceptance, new sample production;
任職要求:
1. bachelor or master degree in metallic material;
2. chinese, english language skills, german optional;
3. at least 3 years’ e_perience in automotive business;
4. analytical ability, honesty and integrity, willing to learn new knowledge;
5. know-how of cqi-9 and q-tools, such as doe, pfema etc.

1、協(xié)助熱處理科新產(chǎn)品、新材料、新設(shè)備工藝試驗(yàn)的執(zhí)行、過程跟蹤、記錄及反饋。
2、協(xié)助熱處理科新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)試制過程,及過程能力驗(yàn)證。
3、批產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品熱處理工藝試驗(yàn),文件編制、過程跟蹤指導(dǎo)、數(shù)據(jù)分析匯總、輸出總結(jié)。
4、收集內(nèi)部工序質(zhì)量異常反饋信息,形成質(zhì)量信息履歷表,分析原因、制定可行性整改計(jì)劃。
5、負(fù)責(zé)批產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品原材料的技術(shù)管控。
6、為熱處理現(xiàn)場技術(shù)服務(wù),協(xié)助生產(chǎn)過程異常的評(píng)審處置、不合格處置,工藝及過程質(zhì)量監(jiān)控。
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,材料工程、金屬材料、材控等專業(yè)。
2、吃苦耐勞,具有良好的溝通表達(dá)能力。
3、三年以上該崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
